Cwmporthman Farm Cottage spreads across two floors, opening into a bright kitchen and living room on the ground level where a wood burner sits ready for cooler evenings. The dining room extends to a terrace via patio doors—this is where the hot tub sits, available from 7:30am to 10:30pm. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer sits nearby, along with a bathroom featuring both bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a kingsize bed; the second also contains bunk beds, making six sleeps possible. A second shower room and heated towel rail are on the first floor.

The property sits on a working farm in rolling Ceredigion countryside, with the coast five minutes' drive away. An enclosed lawn wraps around the cottage with a sitting area and garden furniture; there are steps down to access it. Parking for two cars is private. One well-behaved pet stays free, though it must be on a lead in the garden and surrounding areas due to the farm setting. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and initial logs for the burner are included. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. This is a no-smoking property.
