Ceredigion

The Farmhouse is a substantial converted property on a 24-acre estate in Ceredigion, built to modern standards but with the character of a traditional Welsh longhouse. Five bedrooms sleep ten: upstairs, three kingsize and a double room with en-suite showers, plus a bathroom with a roll-top bath; downstairs, a bedroom with twin singles and a wet room. The ground floor has two living spaces—one with a woodburner, the other opening to the garden—plus a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and a separate dining room.
The estate includes a private hot tub, tennis court, children's play area, bike store and ample parking. The large garden has a patio, terrace and BBQ. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; initial logs for the fire are provided. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is entirely yours—no other guests are staying on site—though it sits within shared grounds. Smoking is not permitted.
Aberaeron, a working fishing harbour lined with Georgian townhouses, lies six miles away. The dramatic Ceredigion coast is close enough for a day trip, and dolphins are regularly spotted offshore. Inland, Lampeter and Tregaron offer a sense of rural Wales where Welsh remains the everyday language.
