We stayed here on pitch 9 with a hot tub. The pitch was private, spacious and well maintained. The hot tub itself was ready on arrival (unlike a previous location) and was just perfect for the whole week. We made full use of it. Whilst it was a full serviced pitch our waste pipe was not long enough to get to the drain, you would probably need a good 10mts of hose which was slightly frustrating so keep this in mind! The toilets were clean, tidy and well maintained all week. The bar was very reasonably priced and whilst we didn't eat in the restaurant the food looked fantastic. The play barn and trampoline park were great and we used them several times. I do think they could/should offer a discount or a weeks pass at a discounted rate as it did get pricey but the kids did enjoy it. My main gripe would be the absence of a play park. The only park is in the soft play which you have to pay for. We tour quite a bit in our caravan and a play park is great for the kids to let off some steam last thing in the day. However none of the above would stop us returning, we loved our holiday and would happily go back tomorrow if we could!

We had a hot tub pitch absolutely love this site, everything was clean and tidy, hot tub was great fresh and clean and checked every day. Food was really good in restaurant. Beautiful walk from pitch to the Moody cow along by the lake. Did attempt the coastal path but it was extremely hot so had to double back. We were right by the dog field so that was perfect for my dog, although he is very fussy about where he goes spent a lot longer than I wanted amongst the flies 😬. We would most certainly visit again had a lovely time albut weather too hot thankfully the hot tub shed was cool for my dog to go into a shade. Great place, chilled and relaxing stay.

We had a full service pitch with hot tub. It was a good sized pitch and the hot tub was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It a large site with very clean facilities and plenty for children to do. The bistro looked lovely,we didn't actually use it but many other people did. We will definitely return.

This was my first campervan trip away and we had an amazing time. The staff at Moody Meadows were so helpful, we didn't have all the tools we needed to put up our awning and they were straight there to lend a helping hand. Helpful information was available on bus services and taxi services as this sight is a short drive away from the town. I've given 5 stars on rooms but we stayed on a large plot in our campervan which had a tap and electric point. Also, a lovely green area for relaxing and a large gravel area for our van and awning. A nice little shop on sight and an amazing restaurant/bar, all dog friendly. We will definitely be returning but next time we are going to book early and get a plot with a hot tub as they looked even more amazing. Thank you all at Moody Meadows, and see you all again soon x
