Through the doors of The Mill you step into a ground-floor open-plan space that brings the kitchen, dining and living areas together. French doors lead out to decking where you can sit with a view across the 23 acres of natural grounds. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and all the usual appliances—and there's a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. One double bedroom and a separate toilet are on this level, useful for guests with mobility needs since there's only one step up.

Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms: two kingsize rooms and one with twin singles, all with Freeview TV. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over; the kingsize bedroom nearest the stairs has its own ensuite with a cubicle shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. An eight-person hot tub sits on the decking, private to your group.

The property sits within a larger estate of converted Welsh buildings on woodland and landscaped grounds. You get parking for four cars, access to a shared tennis court and children's play area, and a fenced lake on the site. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The Ceredigion coast lies within reach—Aberaeron is six miles away—and the surrounding countryside of rolling hills and mixed woodland makes this a suitable base whether you want activity or quiet.
