The Coach House occupies a restored period building on the Glaneirw Estate, a 50-acre private property inland from the Ceredigion coast. The house sleeps nine across five bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a fourth toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a super-king bed and ensuite; the remaining four bedrooms contain a mix of king and single beds. Each bathroom has a heated towel rail. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.
Ground-floor living centres on a spacious reception room with high ceilings, ornate details and flagstone flooring, alongside a separate kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a dining area, and a children's lounge with a smart TV and DVD player. Outside, the large garden has a barbecue, fire pit and covered dining area. An external games room holds a table-tennis table and dartboard. There is private parking for four cars and an electric car charging point. The property is approached via an avenue of beech trees; a small shop lies a ten-minute walk away.
The Ceredigion coastal path and beaches near Cardigan are three miles off. Tresaith, a seaside village with restaurants, sits two miles away. The house does not permit smoking.

Our family had a wonderful week over the May half term at the Glaneirw coach house, travelling as a family of 4 plus both sets of grandparents. The location is great, with supermarket and farm shop in easy reach. We spent the week exploring the local towns and beaches, with lots to keep all generations happy. The house is well equipped and beds/bathrooms all high quality and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and spent the evenings enjoying BBQs and eating outside, playing table tennis and children running around on the large, private lawn. A very memorable holiday!

The Courtyard is an outstanding holiday house with real wow!. It is exceptionally well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend it. Some of our friends stayed in the adjacent Coach House which was equally good. We were all able to socialise together in The Courtyard as it is incredibly spacious.

Fabulous stay. Beautifully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. Great location with lots of beautiful places to explore Aberporth, Cardigan, Tresaith beach, Fresh water beach. Jane was a great host keeping us informed before our arrival and during our stay - responding promptly to any questions. Lots to do at the house - well equipped with books / games. Barbeque with outdoor patio furniture. Small shop on site with local produce and gifts. Loved the table tennis and darts room outside too.
