Cardigan's coastline lies within easy reach of this converted barn on Glaneirw Estate, a 50-acre private property near the Ceredigion town. The Courtyard itself occupies a restored country building with all five bedrooms furnished to a high standard—four come with private ensuite bathrooms, and one additional shower room serves the fifth bedroom upstairs. Sleeping ten in total, the property suits large family groups or gatherings of friends seeking somewhere secluded yet accessible.
Ground-floor living centres on an open-plan space with a woodburner, smart TV and kitchen that runs to an American fridge, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and wine cooler. Bi-fold doors lead out to a patio area with dining furniture and a barbecue. Upstairs accommodation includes a galleried kingsize bedroom overlooking the main living space. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating via air source heat pump are included; wood for the burner is also supplied. The property has private parking for six cars and an electric vehicle charging point.
Tresaith beach lies two miles away—a stretch of sand backed by cliffs where swimming, surfing and kayaking are all possible. The surrounding villages offer shops and restaurants using local produce. The estate itself provides peaceful outdoor spaces with extensive lawns and garden furniture. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking is permitted inside.

Our family had a wonderful week over the May half term at the Glaneirw coach house, travelling as a family of 4 plus both sets of grandparents. The location is great, with supermarket and farm shop in easy reach. We spent the week exploring the local towns and beaches, with lots to keep all generations happy. The house is well equipped and beds/bathrooms all high quality and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and spent the evenings enjoying BBQs and eating outside, playing table tennis and children running around on the large, private lawn. A very memorable holiday!

The Courtyard is an outstanding holiday house with real wow!. It is exceptionally well appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend it. Some of our friends stayed in the adjacent Coach House which was equally good. We were all able to socialise together in The Courtyard as it is incredibly spacious.

Fabulous stay. Beautifully furnished, very spacious and comfortable. Great location with lots of beautiful places to explore Aberporth, Cardigan, Tresaith beach, Fresh water beach. Jane was a great host keeping us informed before our arrival and during our stay - responding promptly to any questions. Lots to do at the house - well equipped with books / games. Barbeque with outdoor patio furniture. Small shop on site with local produce and gifts. Loved the table tennis and darts room outside too.
