Panteg Cottage
Ceredigion
Ceredigion's coast and mountains make it a natural base for exploring Wales, whether you want beaches, hiking, or picturesque harbour towns. Panteg Cottage is a converted barn on the edge of Nebo, within easy reach of Aberaeron's Georgian seafront and the wider Cardigan Bay coastline. The cottage is yours alone, ground-floor throughout, with a wood burner and patio doors opening onto a private enclosed garden where you can sit and watch the landscape. One well-behaved dog stays free.
Three bedrooms sleep five: a double (4ft 6in), two singles (3ft each), and another single. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave and full-sized fridge—and there's a washing machine for longer stays. A living room with smart TV and dining room complete the layout. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The garden has patio furniture and a barbecue; private parking fits two cars. No smoking in the property.
From here you're a short drive from Aberaeron's colourful buildings and harbour restaurants, within striking distance of coastal walks along Cardigan Bay where you might spot dolphins, and well-placed for the Cambrian Mountains or the Brecon Beacons if you want higher ground and open moorland.
