The Coach House is a restored barn cottage sleeping four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on separate floors. Downstairs opens into a generous living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room flowing together, a wood-effect fire, and French doors onto a lawned garden. Upstairs holds a king bedroom with ensuite bath and separate shower, and a double with ensuite shower. All essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi. One dog stays free.
The garden is enclosed with patio seating and a barbecue. Parking for two cars sits on site, and there's bike storage. No smoking throughout. The cottage suits adults and older teenagers—children under 15 are not accommodated. Note that there is a pond on the owners' grounds fifty yards away.
Lampeter lies inland in Ceredigion, but the dramatic coastline is a short drive off. The area holds Iron Age settlements, horseshoe coves and sandy beaches where dolphins and seals appear in clear weather. Newquay and Aberaeron are picturesque harbours with restaurants, galleries and shops. Inland, market towns and castles scatter the county. The Cambrian Mountains and Cors Caron Nature Reserve are within reach for a day out.

Our 2nd visit here 1st being in January, just had to enjoy it in spring aswell. Outstanding accommodation, the welcome pack for humans and dogs is such a thoughtful touch. Welshcakes, butter, cheese, homemade jam & chutney, milk & bread. Bowls, towels, poo bags & treats for the fur babes. The accommodation is the best we have stayed in. Completely dog friendly, wonderful enclosed secure gardens with lovely walks out of your door. True animal lovers, we stayed twice now with 2 daschunds & a staffie. Everything is there down to salt n pepper! Beds are so comfortable, amazing shower. Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Peaceful location but near to beaches etc. The hosts Pam & Grahame and thier daughter are so helpful friendly & truly make you feel so welcome. We love coming here thank you so much we will see you again very soon.

Brilliant place, one of the best dog friendly places we've stayed in. The owner greeted us and fussed our dog. There was plenty of tea, coffee a loaf of bread and a cream tea for us on arrival. Would definitely go back again.

A lovely 1 bed cottage just outside of Aberaeron, super dog friendly, very tranquil unspoilt location and ideal for exploring the surrounding area.

Just come back from staying at The Cowshed. A beautiful cottage for a peaceful getaway, yet not far from the nearest town. Cottage was exceptionally clean, really well designed, and the owner Pam and her daughter were lovely, and so helpful. We arrived to a brilliant welcome pack which had absolutely everything we needed after a long drive, ie. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cheese, bread, homeade jam, chutney and bread - even dog treats and dog bags. There were even dog bowls provided. Then there's bed - soooo so comfortable!!! My dogs will miss the huge field so much. The locals were also really nice and friendly. All in all, I was really impressed and definitely plan to return for another visit. Thank you so much to the owners, I'd definitely recommend.
