Llangrannog's sandy beach and village pubs are a short drive from Maesybryn, a stone-built farmhouse in the Ceredigion countryside that sleeps six across three bedrooms. The property is yours alone, with a hot tub for six in the back garden, sitting-out area and space for three cars. There are steps in the garden.

Inside, a living room with woodburner and Smart TV sits alongside a second sitting room, plus a kitchen diner where you can prepare meals from the electric oven and hob. Upstairs, one bedroom has a kingsize bed and TV, another a zip-and-link kingsize (which can be split into two singles), and the third a kingsize. The single bathroom has a bath and shower cubicle; there are two separate toilets. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Electricity, heating, bed linen and wifi are included. The property does not permit smoking. New Quay, with its harbour and opportunities for boat trips, is also within reach.

Gorgeous holiday home. A great base to explore from. Comfy and well appointed. Hot tub is great. We were excited to be able to see the sea from upstairs (can't remember if it said that on the description, if it did, we forgot). Lovely owners, friendly, attentive and considerate. We only wish we had booked for longer! Would definitely recommend.
