New Quay's harbour sits 1½ miles downhill from Mor O Gariad, a working base for exploring this stretch of Ceredigion coast. The village itself—with its fishing boats, cafés, pubs and beach—is a 25-minute walk away, and boat trips from the quay reach grey seals, seabirds and sometimes dolphins. Aberaeron's coloured Georgian terraces and Aberystwyth's seafront lie within easy driving distance for day trips or lazy afternoons.
The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: three doubles and one with two singles plus a pull-out single. Three bathrooms and a shower room mean mornings run smoothly. Downstairs, the living room has a woodburner, bi-fold doors opening to a patio, and you can watch Netflix or play pool and table football in the games room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; there's a utility room with washer and dryer. Outside, the enclosed garden has a private hot tub for six and a heated swimming pool (6m × 3m, open May to September), plus space for parking four cars.
Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi come with your booking. The property is for family and standard holiday bookings only, not parties of any kind. No smoking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had the most wonderful stay and can't recommend this holiday home highly enough. It is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. The pool was fantastic and suitable for all ages, while the games room was a brilliant bonus that kept everyone entertained. We spent the week relaxing, making memories, and enjoying every minute. Just got back from an amazing holiday here. The house was clean and had loads of space. The pool was well used as the weather was very hot. Great views from the house and it was very peaceful. Would highly recommend this place for a family holiday

We had a lovely family time at Mor O Gariad. Loads of space for all of us to chill and relax. Family enjoyed the hot tub.New Quay is fab. Spent alot of time on the beach and saw the dolphins on a boat trip from the Harbour. Hope to go back.

Had a fantastic stay Mor O Gariad, surprise trip for my wife’s birthday. The property is huge, great kitchen/dining area where the whole family can eat together. The games room was a huge hit with us adults and our 2 x 17 year old boys. The hot tub was amazing and had fantastic view of the sea whilst sitting in there. David and Christian was very helpful all the way from booking stage to the end of our break. We will definitely be returning back.
