No 3

No 3 is a bungalow on one level, so everything unfolds on the ground floor as you step in. The living, dining and kitchen areas flow together in an open plan, with a Freeview Smart TV in the lounge and enough counter and appliance space to cook properly—electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge all there. One bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other two singles. A shower room completes the layout. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all provided.

Outside, a front garden with decking and seating faces out, while the enclosed back garden has a patio and more furniture. Two cars can park on the property. The location is coastal Ceredigion, near Lampeter. One pet stays free. No smoking indoors.
