Llanon is a quiet village on the Ceredigion coast, just over a mile from Ty Nant. The village itself has a beach, a shop, pub, and fish and chip shop. Within reach are Aberaeron, known for its Georgian architecture and coloured houses, and New Quay, set above a bay where bottlenose dolphins are regularly spotted. The area is dotted with beaches, many welcoming dogs year-round.
Ty Nant is a converted barn arranged entirely on the ground floor. Three bedrooms—two with a double bed and one with two singles—share a family bathroom and separate toilet. The main space combines living and dining areas with French doors opening to an enclosed patio. The kitchen has a full electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. One well-behaved pet stays free. There is parking for four cars on site.
The patio has garden furniture and a barbecue. The rolling countryside beyond the enclosed space gives way to distant views across towards Cardigan Bay. No smoking inside.
