Families and larger groups will find Pengraig Draw No 1 suits them well. The cottage has two bedrooms—one with a kingsize and single bed, the other with three singles—sleeping up to six, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space includes a dining area and kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, while a conservatory looks out over the valley. One dog or cat stays free of charge.
Everything needed for self-catering is provided: electricity, bed linen, towels and heating are included in the price. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than heating ready meals. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Outside, there is parking for three cars on site and a patio with garden furniture; a small shared play area with children's toys is available to guests staying in the cottage complex.
The location sits three miles south of Aberystwyth itself, in countryside but close enough to reach the coast within minutes. A pebble beach lies just a mile away; many of the local beaches welcome dogs year-round. New Quay and Aberaeron, both with harbours, shops and restaurants, are within reach for an outing. The Rheidol Valley steam railway runs nearby. Smoking is not permitted inside.

What guests say
Whilst I would never want to harm a business, would be travellers to No5 Pencraig Draw should expect more than what is offered. The cleanliness was something to be desired. Carpets are heavily stained, windows dirty and everything just needs updating and upgrading. The maintenance issues are and should be easily addressed such as a cupboard door hanging off, blinds that don't work and shower heads faulty. Granted, the house is on a working farm, but the fly infestation was so bad, our bed covers became covered in their faeces. If you're happy to ignore these issues, then you can't beat the location for views, proximity to the coast path and a decent cycle route.

Had a great stay here, the hot tub is the highlight here, nice and clean and pretty much everything is provided here, one small point could do with an umbrella on outside table.

Great accomodation with fantastic views. Near Aberystwyth for shops, supermarkets etc. We were in cottage 2 which was very warm and comfortable. Pet friendly. Kitchen well equiped. Bathroom clean and tidy with good shower and bath. Very reasonable price. Would recommend.
