Hotel is really nice big spacsush clean showers are banging lovely bathroom dont need aircon as windows give off the right breeze the price is right you got to go in to see that staff are polite respectful the street is a bit run down but its not about the street when you walk into the place you stay as a home is what you make it the best hotel around here so far not one bad word said will defo be staying here again no doubt about it thank you so much to the staff appricated x sleep is the next one if this comment dont change by tomorrow means i had a lovley sleep 😝

Paid upfront and didn't use the place. I messaged 10 am and had a reply in the afternoon as it is not staffed, they say to let them know if youcwant to arrive early. I phoned twice and emailed twice long the morning we got there. Parked in the pay and display went to the hotel and it said open from 3pm to 3 am. I have messaged booking.com to complain about them, took our money quick enough but no customer service at all. Be aware.

Booked in, my biggest bug that will always grate me is false advertising, to many not a problem but to me a massive annoyance..do not advertise digital tv when you do not have it 300 channels and about 10 work. Tv does not work correctly and screen all bright colours and unwatchable (in my pic that is not a sunset that is genuinely the tv picture).... room's nicely decorated clean. However when false advertising happens I get annoyed ..on top of this i was in the more expensive sea view room that is right above the hotel pub, the noise is ridiculous. Spoke to expedia who spoke to hotel. They said the noise would reduce in 30 minutes, it didnt , someone would fix the tv , it is now 10.18pm and they didnt. Rooms advertised as sound proof ..there is nothing sound proof about the room at all. Please book else where trust me.
