Penwig Isaf

Penwig Isaf is a traditional semi-detached property in New Quay, a working harbour town on Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion. The house sits close enough to the water that sea views reach into the living areas and bedrooms, while the front garden looks toward the coast. It's a short walk to the harbour, shops, cafés and restaurants that line the seafront.

The layout spreads across two floors with three bedrooms sleeping seven: a kingsize and a double on the first floor, plus a bunk bed and single pull-out in the third. The ground floor holds a living room with a 40-inch TV, dining room, and a kitchen fitted with the essentials for self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. There's also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An enclosed lawned garden with patio opens to a rear garden; the slope toward the back is worth noting. One medium-sized dog is welcome. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with parking for two cars on site. The property is non-smoking throughout.

New Quay itself draws families and walkers: the harbour hosts fishing trips and dolphin surveys, while the 60-mile Ceredigion coastal path runs nearby with access to beaches including the National Trust cove at Cwmtydu. Aberaeron, Aberystwyth and Cardigan are all within reach for a day out. The Honey Farm and Llanerchaeron estate sit close by.
