Spring Gardens

Spring Gardens is a Victorian-era stone cottage whose cream-rendered walls and period character sit just above the seafront in New Quay. Built to last, the house offers three bedrooms across two floors: two with king beds upstairs and a third with bunks, alongside one bathroom with both shower cubicle and bath. Downstairs, the living room holds a smart TV and comfortable seating; the kitchen and dining space flow together with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, all the equipment needed for cooking proper meals rather than holiday shortcuts.

The gardens wrap around the property—front and back—with patio furniture and an outdoor shower to rinse off after time on the beach. Two parking spaces sit in the grounds. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; a welcome pack arrives with you. Children's kit (travel cot, highchair, stairgate) is available. The cottage is not suitable for smoking.

New Quay itself is a working harbour town where boat trips run to spot bottlenose dolphins in Cardigan Bay, and the beach—Harbour Beach and Dolau Beach—lies moments away. The Ceredigion Coast Path passes nearby for walkers. The town has independent shops, cafés and restaurants along its steep streets, and feels lived-in rather than theme-park quaint.
