This converted stone barn sits on a family-run smallholding near Aberporth, a short walk from the coast. Ground-floor accommodation sleeps four across a double bed, single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, with a shower room and open-plan kitchen and dining space. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling and stained glass window from a Welsh chapel, with bi-folding doors opening onto a raised patio. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and full appliances for self-catering.
A private hot tub is available by arrangement. The property has space for three cars and a bike store in the Dutch barn to the rear. The single-level layout and level access make it suitable for those with mobility requirements. No smoking indoors. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Aberporth offers a quiet, rural setting with beach access, while Cardigan town centre is a few miles away.
