The ground floor holds a living room with a woodburner, a separate sitting area with smart TV and bi-folding doors onto the garden, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. There's a bedroom with bunk beds on this level too, plus a utility room and a standalone toilet. Upstairs are four more bedrooms: a double with ensuite shower, a kingsize with a freestanding bath and ensuite toilet, bunk beds in a third room, and a single. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. Oil-fired heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; wood for the burner is provided to start you off.

The garden features a hot tub for six, a summerhouse and seating areas with a barbecue. Parking is available for four cars on the property. The farmhouse sits a short drive from Aberaeron on the Ceredigion coast. One dog is welcome. No smoking throughout.
