You enter Y Bwthyn into a living room warmed by a working multi-fuel burner, where exposed stone and beams set the tone for the cottage. The ground floor opens directly into a kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and a washer-dryer tucked away. There's a shower room with heated towel rail on this level too. Upstairs, a king bedroom has an ensuite and its own television; the second bedroom holds a single bed and a child's single bed, served by the main bathroom. The property sleeps four and welcomes one or two small pets at no extra cost.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and wifi are included. You can cook properly here, or use the coffee machine and relax in front of the television. Outside, an enclosed garden with raised terrace (accessed by three steps) has garden furniture and a barbecue. One car parks on site. Llandysul lies in a rural corner of Ceredigion, 15 minutes from Cardigan Bay; The Glanyrafon Arms is nearby for an evening out. No smoking inside.

Stunning!! We've stayed a t a few cottages in Wales and this one was the best by far, we'll definitely be looking to book again. Loved the little doors and the place was immaculate, Tony and Gwen have left everything that you'd need away from home, stunning place.

It's a lovely little cottage it's one of the cleanest places we have stayed, and it has everything you need even down to the pans and pots Only down side is the location. There is nowhere to walk the dogs, but the owners can't do much about that. it's a personal preference, that's all

Fantastic stay @ y bwthyn. Gwen and Tony are super and put every thought and detail into everyone's stay nothing is too much. People who book in this superbly renovated cottage will not be let down. The location is spot on too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts very quite and tranqulie but not a a trek from everything you could need on a holiday that's coming from a family and a dog. Thanks for a lovely stay both. 👍
