Ceredigion's coastline draws walkers and beach-lovers throughout the year. Bryneirin sits inland with views across farmland, positioning you within easy reach of everything from the hidden coves near Penbryn to the busier harbours of New Quay and Aberaeron. The single-storey detached property sleeps five across three bedrooms—a double, two singles in one room, and a single in another—with one bathroom plus a separate toilet. There's a lawned garden with patio seating, and the owner keeps a resident pony in the neighbouring field.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and full-size fridge-freezer for self-catering, while the living room includes a Freeview television, DVD player and open fire for colder evenings. Electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. You'll find parking for one car on site. A pub stands a mile away by road, and the nearest shops are similarly close.
Outdoor enthusiasts have genuine choice here: the Heritage Coast offers swimming and fossil-hunting at various spots, while canoeing and fishing operate at Llandysul five miles inland, and golf courses sit around Lampeter. New Quay's harbour is worth visiting for boat trips and the regular appearance of bottlenose dolphins. The property is non-smoking.

Beautiful holiday house. We spent 2 weeks and loved it as a base for exploring the Cardigan Bay area. Isolated so your kids can run free and loud!
