What visitors say
I come to this cinema all the time, it is reasonably priced and the staff are really helpful. However the pop corn and the snacks are a little bit over priced but it's still good pop corn. The escalators has also been broken for a while which isn't ideal for people who can't walk up the stairs but there's also lifts to go in as well. The seats are comfy and the screen is huge so you can enjoy the movie best you can. Sometimes its a shame people are on their phones and making silly noises but there's nothing you can do about the people who spoil it. Overall this is a great cinema.

Customer service here is an absolute joke. I ordered two nachos for me and my wife, the first batch was perfectly fine and we shared it. The second batch, however, was clearly off, with some of the crisps being damp and not fresh at all. I didn’t want to miss my film so I went back afterwards to sort it. I spoke to Asif who told me there was nothing he could do because they “only make the nachos and salsa”, which is completely false as I’ve worked at Odeon myself in the past and know how it works. He didn’t even try to offer any alternative. I understand businesses need to make money, but to say the crisps “come like that” and nothing can be done is just poor service. When I worked at Odeon, if something like this happened, I would have at least offered a drink or something small so the customer didn’t leave with a bad experience. If I couldn’t resolve it myself, I would have involved a manager. When I asked for the manager, I was told he was “busy”. After the film finished I walked past him while he was sat down and spoke to him again. He apologised and said he couldn’t do anything because the till was closed. That’s not even the point, I wasn’t asking for a refund, I simply wanted fresh nachos and was even willing to pay again if needed. Overall a really poor experience. Situations like this should be handled much better and Asif clearly needs proper training on how to deal with customer issues
