The Bradgate Escape

Anstey sits on the edge of Charnwood Forest, a village that puts you within reach of some of Leicestershire's best countryside. The Bradgate Escape occupies a peaceful spot beside the owners' home, offering a private retreat for two people with their own entrance and a hot tub in the enclosed courtyard garden.

Inside, an open-plan living and kitchen area flows from the entrance, with a breakfast bar for meals or drinks. The double bedroom opens directly onto the garden through French doors. There's a shower room with heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Dogs stay free and are genuinely welcome; Bradgate Park—a historic deer park with walking trails and views—is moments away on foot.

The location works well if you want to explore beyond the village. Beacon Hill Country Park is nearby for panoramic views and hiking. Leicester itself, with the National Space Centre and other attractions, is a short drive. No smoking inside, and you'll have the whole property to yourself.
