We had a comfortable stay on one of the hottest days of the year. The air conditioned room was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. My 3 year old slept well which says a lot! The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. While some of the decor is a little in need of refurbishment/repainting, for the price we couldn't complain. Breakfast was fab and staff were super friendly.

The room was decent for our family of four (two children, including a toddler) and had enough space for a comfortable stay. We chose this hotel over an Airbnb mainly because of the hot weather and wanted air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very slow to cool the room, and it never felt as cool as we had hoped. Apart from that, our stay was fine.

There is a member of staff there who's speaks to women like crap his name is Ifran but all the other staff is loving and the beds are so comfortable and the rooms are lovely as well. Well looked after and tony the night staff is very lovely and polite and the other staff are polite A PART FROM IFRAN he shouldn't be working there and i feel more safe there

This review is written on behalf of my parents and I. Our recent stay at the Premier Inn Central in Leicester has been beyond comfortable. My parents stayed at the hotel for over a month. Our circumstances were unique, as we found ourselves in Leicester for my dad’s surgery at Glenfield Hospital, which is only a short walk from the hotel and for his recovery, as we were unable to return home for a long period of time. The staff were accommodating, adaptive and helpful in every way; evidently they are a tight knit group, from the managerial staff, reception staff, to the cleaners and kitchen staff. Everyone checked in on my parents and made sure they felt safe and at home during a very difficult time. We, as a family, have stayed in multiple Premier Inns over time, but have never felt as at home as we have here. Our thanks to the whole of the team at Premier Inn Central, we will forever be grateful for the kindness shown by you all. If anyone finds themselves in Leicester for business or for pleasure, I would happily recommend this hotel. Very clean environment, nice food and company for breakfast. Thank you so much for everything.
