About Premier Inn Leicester North West
A restaurant and bar on site make Premier Inn Leicester North West an easy base for an evening meal or a drink without leaving the building, and breakfast is available each morning to set guests up before heading out. There's also a games room for those wanting to unwind indoors.
The hotel has 68 rooms across two floors, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks available in the room, with family rooms and accessible rooms among the options. Some guests have found the rooms could be better kept, so it's worth bearing in mind alongside the otherwise practical setup. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which goes some way to making up for it.
Free on-site parking is provided to the front and side of the hotel, a point regularly welcomed by guests given the location on Leicester Road with straightforward access to Leicester city centre, the A46 and Glenfield Hospital. Nearby, there's a golf course, fishing, horse riding, entertainment and a pub or bar within easy reach, giving guests plenty of options beyond the hotel itself.
What guests say
Stayed at Northwest and honestly couldn’t fault it. The room was spotless, quiet, and super comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and everything felt well organised and professional. Great location, comfy bed, and excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stay here regularly and everything gets lovelier and lovelier. The location is perfect, the rooms are always very clean. The staff are very welcoming, Callum is by far my favourite. We always have a chat when I arrive and nothing is ever too much trouble. He pays attention to everything , always asking how my family are and how my work is. He makes being away from home an easier experience.

I liked the cosy bed with extra pillows and the big TV. The amount of room for clothes was good. I think some of the room needed repainting as it was coming off the walls and I wasn't sure if some of the items had been used prior to us such as the bath mat. I like that there were coffee and tea facilities. It would have been nice if it had an elevator rather than carrying suitcases upstairs. I like how convenient it was being next to a pub and there was plenty of room to park.

Premier inn is always a great place to stay. My only peeve with this & many other hotels whyare the wheelchair accessible rooms atthe opposite end of the hotel, if I'd been on my own i wouldn't have been able to leave the room.
