What guests say
Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere. AJ and all the girls do an amazing job keeping the facility spotless, clean, and hygienic at all times. You can really see the care and effort they put into maintaining such a high standard, which makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and professional place to train. Five stars!

Really lovely hotel. Clean and had what we needed for a short 1 night stay near family. The breakfast was very good. Lots of fruit/ yoghurt/ scones/ pastry and hot food. As a party for 10 everyone was very happy. Really nice coffee machine available too. I didn't use the swimming pool but saw children enjoying it. Lovely food in the restaurant too. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't hear any noise All the staff were lovely, the man on reception was really good. As a large group he quickly got us all checked in while most of the group sat and had a glass of water. I will bring my 2 young sons next time we visit family in the area and I think they will love it.

Lovely, well maintained rooms and very nice general feel of the Holiday Inn. Only not a 5☆ rating as we waited over 45mins for 2 adult mains and 2 child's meals. This was when the restaurant was basically empty. When the food finally came they'd forgotten a meal all together and when that finally came out it was stone cold. It was rectified by staff but not generally good enough, just puts a little downer on the overall stay.

Chloe and Michelle made the whole experience stand out. The food was excellent well prepared, good portions, and clearly handled with care. Service was just as strong: friendly without being over the top, attentive without hovering, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They both struck the right balance checking in at the right times, keeping things relaxed, and making sure nothing was missed. Small details didn’t go unnoticed, and it genuinely improved the evening. Overall, a very solid experience. Credit to Chloe and Michelle for making it feel easy and enjoyable. Would happily return.
