A strange place, the bar area lacks character, the room was small but at the back with an expansive view. Place could do with so e modernisation, next door room very noisy, sound insulation, maybe there is none. Got woken up by a squealing high pitched noise from plumbing, other side had left a tap running, not a good night's sleep. Staff are however very nice.

BE CAREFUL!!! (PARKING YOUR VEHICLE) Absolutely ridiculous company to stay at. I stayed here and kept my vehicle in their questionable car park overnight. Entered my VRN into the tablet at the reception (certain I entered correctly because the VRN came up afterwards). They have now sent a Civil Enforcement letter claiming I 'failed to obtain a valid permit covering the full duration of my stay'. Absolute scammers.

We had to wait outside the building 40 minutes because nobody was at the reception and not answering the phone or bell. It was midnight and didn't feel safe at all. Definitely won't recommend again
