Croft Farm Waterpark

Camped on the activity field. Really hot weekend so site was full, Food and service in cafe/bar was great, Lake was busy, but again no issues, plenty of space for everyone. Toilets were clean and constantly attended to. Overall 5 stars!

Just came back celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday, phoned for early check in week before date , very polite lady called sue helped me with it no stress very professional. Me , wife and son got there and was greeted very cheerful reception sue and Sarah had a laugh with plus being professional it’s just what you need after long journey can’t fault the place which we camp every July but we upgraded a lodge for wife’s 50th which was amazing and clean we felt like royalty, great touch was the free bread , milk etc . Special thanks to ria who does the hot tub for us every day was professional and happy and having a laugh while she worked So thank your team making my wife’s 50th a birthday week she ( and me and son ) will never forget

The lake is absolutely stunning. But the toilets and washing facilities are absolutely disgusting. Me and my child went to use the showers at around 9am and there was faeces all over the floor outside the shower. My partner reported it to someone on duty. I've also emailed them, but they haven't even bothered to reply. There were porta cabins on the camping site which were really gross. And the wooden cabin with the showers and the disabled access showers were just as gross tbh. I've attached photos. It's a shame, as the lake is stunning, but the facilities really let this place down. We'd love to return and use the lake again, but would dread the showers and toilets.
