Lakeside campground in Gloucestershire with water sports facilities and meadow walks; large enough to feel like a proper holiday destination.

About Croft Farm Leisure & Waterpark

Croft Farm Leisure & Waterpark is a sizeable lakeside campground where water activities take centre stage. The on-site waterpark offers windsurfing, kayaking and sailing, with classes available for those wanting to learn. Meadow footpaths run through the grounds, giving campers space to explore beyond their pitches. The scale of the site means it functions as a proper holiday base rather than a small, intimate stopover.

Pitches are described as good quality, and the site has showers on hand. The lake itself is clean and well maintained, and staff come across as friendly and helpful. That said, some guests have noted that accommodations occasionally fall short on upkeep, so it is worth checking the condition of your pitch on arrival. The Cross Keys Inn sits just a short walk away for an evening out.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Croft Farm Water Park On behalf of the Bulgarian British Foundation "St George" (Charity No. 1164441), the children and families we support, and the wider Bulgarian community in the UK, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owners and team at Croft Farm Water Park. For over 10 years, Croft Farm has generously supported our annual fundraising event, BG Picnic, which helps Bulgarian children and their families stay connected to their language, culture, and heritage while building their lives in the UK. The owners have always been incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and supportive. They have provided us with the use of their beautiful grounds and essential facilities, including parking, electricity, and water, free of charge. Their team has gone above and beyond by helping with event logistics, including traffic management and parking assistance, ensuring that our event runs smoothly every year. The facilities at Croft Farm are excellent, and many of our guests choose to stay for the weekend and enjoy everything the park has to offer. The water activities are fantastic, with friendly and highly qualified instructors creating a fun and safe experience for all ages. What makes their support even more special is their continued generosity through donations to our charity, helping us continue our work with children and families in our community. Thank you to the owners and the entire Croft Farm team for your kindness, generosity, and ongoing support. Your contribution has made a real difference to so many people, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend Croft Farm Water Park to anyone looking for a wonderful outdoor experience in a beautiful countryside setting.

Just returned from a family get together. Some of the accommodation we booked was great very clean. hot tub , veranda and overall lovely experience, the other accommodation not so good and the communal facilities were very dirty , we had booked some water sport activities (the 8 of us doing padleboarding , kayaking, and pedlos) we arrived at our designated time and were given life jackets as well as very good instruction from our instructor Sofia (a young lady about 20 years old didn't catch her surname) she was brilliant great fun but also very informative, she even joined in with us on the activities. She made it a very fun enjoyable day especially as at the start I made a bit of a mess with the paddle boarding but she put me at ease, so please say a big thank you to her as she really made it a great experience for us all. Mark
