About Premier Inn Tewkesbury
Shannon Way sits on the edge of Tewkesbury, a Gloucestershire town where the Severn and Avon meet, with the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills both within striking distance for a day out. Premier Inn Tewkesbury makes a straightforward base for exploring this stretch of countryside, whether you're passing through or stopping for longer.
The hotel has 59 rooms spread across two floors, each with an en-suite bathroom and the option of drinks in the room; accessible rooms are also available. Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, breakfast is served on site, and reception is staffed around the clock for early starts or late arrivals. An electric vehicle charge point and free on-site parking to the front of the hotel cover practical needs.
Beyond the doors, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and horse riding, along with nearby pubs, bars and restaurants for evenings out. Tewkesbury Abbey and the wider town are close by, making this a convenient spot for visiting the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills without needing to stay in the middle of either.
People say this hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast with options for dietary needs. They also highlight the friendly, helpful staff and convenient location just off the M5.
Some reviews mention the restaurant service can be slow.
