Warden Hill sits on the edge of Cheltenham, close enough to the town's pubs and university grounds to walk to them, yet set back from the centre in quieter suburban streets. Cosy Cotswolds House is a detached property that works equally well for families, groups of friends, or couples wanting more space than they need. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: two doubles upstairs (one with an en-suite shower), a single, and a ground-floor bedroom with its own toilet. Two further bathrooms serve the rest of the house.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, a living room and open-plan kitchen-dining area connect via patio doors to an enclosed rear garden with a decking area and barbecue.
