Montpellier's independent restaurants and bars are a short walk away, and the wider Cheltenham scene includes the racecourse, Regency architecture, and enough independent shops to occupy a weekend. The town itself was developed as a spa resort in the 18th and 19th centuries, and that elegant character remains. From here you can also reach the Cotswolds easily by car.
The Cheltenham Apartment is a whole property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping four. One bedroom has an en-suite; the other is a double. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a log burner and French doors opening onto a private courtyard with garden furniture—useful for summer eating or simply sitting out. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are included. There is parking for one car on site.
One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.

Jonathan and his team hosted my birthday party over the weekend and were absolutely fantastic. They adapted the menu to include my favourite cocktails, the staff were all very kind and supportive. The bouncer was brilliant making sure that idiots didn't gate crash which was a tough job as he didn't know who has invited. The sound system and equipment was great complete with smoke machine and laser. If you want a professional party I would 100% recommend hiring this place. I don't think you could go wrong.

We recently had my brother’s wedding celebration hosted at The Apartment Cheltenham Bar, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in a special venue. The space itself is absolutely beautiful – stylish, welcoming, and perfectly suited for a celebration. The atmosphere throughout the evening was incredible, and a huge part of that was down to the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about making the night run smoothly. They were incredibly fast and efficient without ever seeming rushed. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they played a big part in creating such a seamless experience for everyone attending. The pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service and quality provided, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that real care and attention goes into how the venue is run. A special mention must go to the owner – they have created something truly special with this place. You can see the pride in every detail, from the decor to the service, and it really shines through in the overall experience. Most importantly, it was a night to remember. Everyone had an amazing time, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting to celebrate such a special occasion. I would absolutely recommend The Apartment Cheltenham Bar to anyone, whether it’s for a wedding, party, or a night out – you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I held our wedding reception here on Saturday, 30th May, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue. We left Jon and his team to organise the tables and decorations, and when we arrived, everything looked absolutely stunning. The atmosphere was fantastic and created the perfect setting for our special day. During the daytime, we had around 60 guests for a sit-down meal, which felt very personal, relaxed, and intimate. In the evening, the celebrations continued with around 100–110 guests, and everyone had an amazing time partying late into the night. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jon and his staff. Every request we had was dealt with quickly and professionally, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and dedication helped make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We had outside catering and the organisation between jon and them was also perfect We are incredibly grateful to Jon, Jack, and the entire team for everything they did for us. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories—we would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to celebrate a special occasion.
