About Regency Rooms Guesthouse
Regency Rooms Guesthouse takes its name from the period architecture typical of Cheltenham, and this North Place property offers a straightforward, well-placed base for visiting the town. It's a no-frills guesthouse rather than a grand hotel, but it covers the essentials for a short stay.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, free WiFi and drinks available in room, and reception is staffed around the clock for flexible arrivals. Parking is provided on site, which is a genuine plus in a town centre location. There's no restaurant of its own, but pubs, bars and eateries are all within easy reach nearby, along with entertainment options and a golf course for those wanting to fill a day.
The setting is a strong point: Cheltenham Racecourse and Pittville Park are both close by, making this a practical choice for race days or a stroll through the park. It suits guests who want a comfortable, unfussy place to sleep rather than an experience in itself.
What guests say
Just what we needed a comfortable bed in a clean room with ensuite. Only had a short break in Cotswolds. Cheltenham was a great base for exploring.

A lovely little spot in Cheltenham that gives you extremely comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. It was really solid value and a great place to relax and put your head down!

I asked for an extra cup of tea at breakfast because I cannot swallow without fluid following cancer treatment. The guys who runs the place said ' "the waters over there." I thought it was very mean spirited.
