About Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre

Cheltenham mixes Regency streets with a lively racecourse and a shopping and dining hub in the Brewery Quarter, and Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre puts guests within easy reach of both. The hotel sits on Henrietta Street, a short walk from the town's shops, restaurants and entertainment, with nearby parking available at the NCP on Monson Avenue for a charge.

The hotel has 104 rooms across three floors, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks available in the room, plus accessible rooms for those who need them. A lift serves all floors, and reception is staffed around the clock. Downstairs there's a bar and restaurant with a relaxed, no-frills feel, breakfast is served on site, and complimentary Wi-Fi runs throughout the building.

Beyond the hotel, Cheltenham Racecourse is within reach for race days, and the surrounding area offers golf, fishing and horse riding for those wanting to get outdoors, alongside a good spread of pubs, restaurants and a pizza eatery nearby. It's a straightforward, practical base for exploring the town rather than a destination in itself.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Cheltenham and would happily give it 5 stars. Toby and Lainey were absolutely excellent and deserve special mention. Their service was outstanding, friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. They really made a great impression. All of the other staff were excellent as well, and the whole team helped create a really positive experience. The room was very good for the price, clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a nice bath. The hotel is also in a great location, making it very convenient. Overall, excellent service, great value, and a very enjoyable stay.

I do not typically write reviews. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel that is friendly and welcoming, this is the one for you. The service is consistently helpful and made my stay feel welcoming. I would like to commend the two staff members for their exceptional service. Toby, the young night front desk worker, and Ellie, the head chef, both provided excellent service.

I've stayed here a few times now. My current room is massive! The staff are truly excellent - very helpful and friendly. Will deserves a special mention for his poached eggs - they're amazing. And he's a lovely lad too!

I stayed in have premier a couple weeks ago with my husband. And our two children .The check in was great the machines where easy to use and the receptionists was very kind . However breakfast was not great not because of the food but because of one of the staff memebers where extremely rude . I can understand that she may be upset as she looked very pregnant. However she seemed to be swearing lots in her own language which I thought was extremely inappropriate especially as my children where around.this did ruin my stay
