Brook House Farm - Apple Tree Barn

Cheshire East

Photo: Google Maps

Rural Cheshire stretches around Brook House Farm's Apple Tree Barn, a converted agricultural building with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings that retain the character of its former life as a milking parlour. The barn sits on a working farm within reach of Middlewich and its canal towpaths, and Nantwich with its half-timbered centre and seasonal outdoor salt pool. Chester, Manchester and North Wales coast are each about an hour away; closer still are Tatton Park, Little Moreton Hall, Dunham Massey and Delamere Forest.

Inside are two bedrooms—one double, one with singles—and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove warms the living room and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob opens to the dining space. A separate toilet completes the ground floor. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; the wood burner comes with initial fuel. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump provide warmth throughout.

A patio and garden furniture occupy the back garden; parking for two cars sits on site. The property is no smoking. Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available for families with young children.
