Holly Tree Barn is a converted farm building with five bedrooms and space for nine guests, set on a working farm in open Cheshire countryside. The ground floor is arranged as a through-space: a living and dining area opens directly onto the garden via patio doors, while the kitchen, also with patio access, contains everything needed for self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. A king bed and shower room complete the ground level. Upstairs are four further bedrooms: a king with an ensuite bathroom, a double, two singles, and a single box room, served by another full bathroom. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the barn is heated by an air source heat pump and underfloor heating throughout.

A private garden with seating, parking for three cars, and a bike store come with the property. The barn sits among farm fields on the edge of Middlewich, where a canal network offers walking and cycling. Nantwich, with its half-timbered centre and seasonal outdoor pool, is fifteen minutes away. National Trust houses including Tatton Park and Dunham Massey are within half an hour, as are Delamere Forest and several castles. Chester and Manchester are roughly forty-five minutes and an hour away respectively. No smoking inside the property.
