Weetwood Lodge

Weetwood Lodge is a one-bedroom detached cottage sleeping two, set on a working farm in rural Cheshire. Everything is on the ground floor, from the sitting room with its patio doors to the bedroom and bathroom. The zip-and-link bed can be configured as a double or as two singles by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are provided, and heating is included in the rental.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, so you can cook as little or as much as you like. A private patio with garden furniture overlooks open fields; there is also shared use of the owner's lawn and barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site, and a bike store is available. The village shop is about 1.4 miles away, with a pub and restaurant within a mile.

This location suits walkers especially well. The Sandstone Trail and Eddisbury Way pass nearby, and local footpaths are numerous. Delamere Forest Park is a short drive away. Chester, with its cathedral and city walls, is also within reasonable reach. No smoking is permitted in the property.
