Roman Quarter is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, arranged so you step straight into a living and dining space that opens onto a small terrace with garden furniture. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite shower rooms—one with a double bed, the other with two singles—so four guests have genuine comfort and privacy. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob for proper cooking; essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The apartment sits in Priory Park, a quiet neighbourhood beside the tree-lined East Walls, but the city centre is only a short walk away. Chichester's compact layout—still following its ancient Roman street plan—makes it easy to reach the Market Cross and its mix of independent shops, restaurants and cafés on foot. The cathedral, Pallant House Gallery and Chichester Festival Theatre are all nearby. If you want to venture further, the South Downs and Chichester Harbour are within easy reach. The property is non-smoking.

Yeah, i stayed here with the Hair and makeup designer on the Watsons for the Festival Theatre. Nice apartments. Heating was broken though hence low score.

I'm currently renting a property in the Roman Quarter, and it is an absolutely lovely development. The apartment complex is quiet and exceptionally clean, with an on-site concierge service for anything you might need, including parcel services for ensuring you don't miss deliveries when you aren't at home. Underground parking is also provided and fully secured. The bin store is in a central secured location too, meaning you can dispose of rubbish and recycling whenever you need. The views from my top floor flat are superb, although this obviously won't apply to all apartments. If you find yourself in the position to want to buy or rent here, I would recommend this without exception.
