The Lodge is a single-storey cottage sleeping two, with everything you need for self-catering already in place. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The ground-floor layout means no stairs: a double bedroom, open-plan living and dining area, and a shower room with heated towel rail all on one level.
The kitchen comes with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer, so you can prepare proper meals or run a load of laundry. The living space has an electric woodburner for atmosphere and a smart TV for evenings. There is parking for one car on site and a back garden. The property is no-smoking.
Chichester itself has a pub within a mile. The surrounding area puts you within reach of the South Downs National Park for walking, and various historic houses and gardens make for day trips. Ground-floor access and a complete kitchen make this suitable for those who prefer not to manage stairs or eat out constantly.

Really nice, busy little community centre, I believe the hire rates are reasonable.

I attend a fitness class there once a week. It's a nice place. Kind of small. I would say can hold about 20 adults before getting too over crowded.
