The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; the living area has a Smart TV. Heating comes from an air-source heat pump with underfloor heating, and wi-fi is included. Essentials like bed linen and towels are provided.

The property sleeps two and is yours alone. One dog travels free but must be kept on a lead (the farm has sheep). There is parking for one car on site, and an electric charging point is available at cost. No smoking inside. The courtyard has garden furniture for sitting out when the weather allows.
