The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a well-equipped two-bedroom cottage sleeping six across two floors. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining room has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, with French doors opening onto the garden. A living room with a sofa bed faces out to a patio through further French doors. The ground-floor bedroom is a double, served by a bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, a king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included; there is also an external utility room with a washing machine. One dog stays free.

A lawned garden with patio and garden furniture comes with the property, and there is parking for two cars on site. An electric car charging point is available at cost. The location is in the heart of the Cotswolds, within reach of villages like Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. The countryside here is working farmland, and the setting suits couples, small families or friends wanting a rural base. No smoking inside.
