About Botvyle Farm Certificated Site
Tucked away near Church Stretton in the Shropshire Hills, Botvyle Farm offers a straightforward, family-friendly base open all year round. The site welcomes dogs and provides electric hook-ups, showers, toilets, drinking water and waste disposal—all the essentials without unnecessary frills.
It's the kind of no-nonsense spot that suits campers who'd rather spend their time exploring the surrounding hills and valleys than lounging around the pitch. Just note there's no WiFi, so you'll be properly off-grid during your stay—perfect for a genuine escape, less ideal if you need to stay connected.

Small, quiet, clean and tidy campsite. Only stayed overnight enroute to home but would definitely recommend. Toilet, shower and wash-up facilities were spotless. Great value. Good communications with the owner.

From the very first email, communication with the campsite owners was excellent. They made everything very easy, and finding the site itself was a breeze. The pitches were spacious and came with electric hook-up, perfect for our needs. The small size of the campsite was ideal for us - it was nice and quiet, and our two young boys had plenty of room to play around safely. The gated and padlocked entrance added to the feeling of security, with minimal traffic coming through. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. There were two bathrooms with toilets, sinks, showers, and radiators. Showers were free to use and had ample space. The indoor kitchen had a washing-up area, fridge, and even an oven (though it wasn't available during our stay). Notice boards in the kitchen showcased local points of interest and walking routes, which was fantastic. The location, nestled at the foot of Caradoc, was stunning. We could easily enjoy a day of walking without needing the car, avoiding the potentially busy parking situation in Church Stretton, especially during peak season. The views were simply breathtaking. Our boys had a fantastic time here, with the freedom the campsite offered. The campsite rules were sensible and not overbearing at all. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely, comfortable and spacious accommodation in a fabulous location. There are great walks from the doorstep and only a couple of miles from Church Stretton and Longmynd. Very friendly and helpful owners - we would definitely return. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the slight drawback of not having a shower. Didn't spoil our stay. Thank you.
