Tucked down a quiet single-track lane in the Shropshire Hills, this Caravan and Motorhome Club Certified Location offers a genuinely remote feel without cutting you off from civilisation. The handful of level, electric-hook-up pitches enjoy fabulous views over the surrounding hills, and facilities are purposefully simple: a water tap, chemical disposal point and outdoor toilet. CAMC members can book breakfast at the on-site farmhouse B&B if they fancy a treat.
The peaceful atmosphere here is a real draw, though some may find the basic amenities too stripped-back for longer stays. Still, Cardington village – with its well-regarded pub – is only a mile away, and Church Stretton's shops and eateries are a 15-minute drive. Hillwalkers will be in their element, with Caer Caradoc and Wenlock Edge on the doorstep, while Shrewsbury and Ludlow make rewarding day trips for those craving a dose of market-town charm.

A true countryside pearl. Strongly recommend to see it. Pat is such a lovely host. Thoughtful and active, she made tea for us when we arrived and held a nice conversation. The accommodations were spotless and well kept. The view from the window was nice and idyllic. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay for longer.
