Castle Campbell and The Japanese Garden are both within a short drive of Dollar, and the surrounding countryside offers immediate access to walking and cycling routes. Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow are each under 40 minutes away by car. The town itself, a mile and a half down the road, has shops, pubs and restaurants. A beach lies 21 miles off, and Scone Palace near Perth is also within reach. If you bring a horse or pony, livery and hacking are available from the property.

This place is OUTSTANDING. We are here for our 3rd year running and as ever Steve and Lynn have delivered in spades! The location of the farm is perfect 30mins to Edinburgh or Glasgow, loads to do locally and if you can't think of what to do ask Steve...he is a walking almanac of the area and knows the best roads, restaurants and things to do. The lodge is spotless, and set in am amazing vista, BBQing here is an amazing experience looking out at the hills. If you want 6 star treatment, hosts who are so friendly you feel part of the family and a location and view to die for then this is the place for you. Honestly, the best holiday ever....again!!! Yes we will be back 😁
