I’m really disappointed with the service at this play area today. Our food was brought over, and my son wanted ketchup for his pizza. When I asked a staff member, Amanda, for some, she told me I had to come up in the que and get it myself. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue, but I was on my own with a 6-month-old baby and a 1-year-old, clearly with my hands full. Despite this, there was no offer of help or understanding. I ended up having to leave my baby in the pushchair out of my sight while I queued, holding my toddler, just to get a sachet of ketchup. Not to mention the fact I’m 6 months pregnant. In a place designed for families and young children, I would expect staff to show a bit more awareness and support, especially when it’s obvious a mum is on her own with 2 under 2. This experience made what should have been a nice visit unnecessarily stressful. Hopefully Amanda learns from this and shows more consideration to other mums in the future.

The under 5s soft play area (Tiny Town) feels well designed with a lovely sensory room in the corner, an entire well stocked room dedicated to a toy kitchen in addition to toddler sized soft play apparatus. My son had a great time at the actual soft play but the amenities are not set up well for a single adult with a toddler. You cannot bring your own food, tables can be hard to keep hold of, and food queues are long in a main walkway. The toilets are not particularly toddler friendly either neither for toilet training nor changing a mobile pre-toilet training toddler. I do recommend Go Bananas for knackering your little ones, but it can be a stressful experience.

Had a party here, kids had a great time and Martha our party host was lovely and friendly. Only thing I would say is doing food half way through the party doesn’t really make much sense. Kids want to eat fast to go back to playing plus if they eat a lot could risk anyone being sick. When party was finished was harder to get all the kids together for party bags if they was having their food at the end then be easier for them to get their shoes, party bags and go home

Staff are so accommodating for disabled kids. They couldn't do enough for 1 of our guests invited to my sons birthday party. Staff were amazing towards all the kids, stress free party definitely book again. Thank you so much.
