With just a handful of gravel electric pitches, a simple toilet block and washing-up area, it's refreshingly unfussy – perfect for watching lambs frolic in the fields or gazing out over gorgeously green Welsh countryside. The flip side? Facilities are minimal, so don't expect frills.
Location-wise, you're spoiled: Colwyn Bay and Conwy Morfa beaches lie 10 minutes north, while the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is half an hour southeast, opening up serious hillwalking and cycling trails. The village of Glan Conwy, a couple of miles away, supplies shops, pubs and restaurants. Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights, Friday to Monday and had the best time ever. It’s in such a remote location which makes it so much fun if you’re into nature and freedom. There’s a lot near by which keeps you occupied and happy during your camping experience. Theres a big Tesco, McDonald’s, kfc, cinema and a beach a few miles away. The site is very clean and well maintained. The showers and toilets are brilliant besides the negative comments. The lady Debbie is lovely and very welcoming and made sure we’re ok and offered help if it was necessary. There’s plenty of walking places near by which was great for the dogs, the ‘farming’ atmosphere with the tractors in site and all the landscapes was brilliant to be aside of. Overall we definitely be coming back regularly. 5star from us!

Forty years camping i have never been so insulted by the owners rude and unsociable campsite is one of the worst I have visited not child friendly my grandkids where so upset and my disabled wife when I booked for 5 days but had to leave on the 3rd day aminetise are disgusting never again will I visit this site oh and no views at all

Lovely little site. Very very quiet. Everyone was so friendly. The showers and toilets were basic but clean. Llandudno was a 15 minute drive away. We will return.

Nice small site. Location was great for us as it was central to everything we wanted to see during our trip North. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The site has no TV signal so they suggest you take your own sky or free sat box and the have connections at each pitch. Out of Vodafone, O2 and Three, we only had signal with three which was fine for us. Set in a little dip with hills and fields all around with lovely views. Toilet block is a portakabin with very small shower cubicles, everything gets wet. Warm water with good pressure though. Perfect for what we needed with a good price.
