This single-storey cottage sits on one level throughout, making it straightforward to move around. The heart of the property is a living room with comfortable seating, a smart television and an open gas fire, leading through to a bright kitchen-dining space. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and a single sofa bed; bedroom two has two single beds. The bathroom includes both a bath and a walk-in shower. A back garden with patio space and wooden furniture opens from the kitchen; note there are steps within the garden. Parking for up to three cars is available to the side of the property, though the drive has a steep slope. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered.

Colwyn Bay's promenade lies about a mile away, with Rhos-on-Sea at its far end. The Victorian seafront at Llandudno is under 20 minutes by car. The Welsh Mountain Zoo, Bodnant Gardens and Surf Snowdonia are within reasonable reach. The beach itself is three-quarters of a mile off. Local shops, pubs and restaurants can be found a mile away. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking indoors, please.
