Dol Heulog

Couples and those travelling with a dog will find Dol Heulog well suited to a break in this part of North Wales. The cottage sits on the edge of Conwy, within walking distance of the marina and the town's independent shops, cafés and historic centre. A single car space on site and level access to the front door make arrival straightforward.

Inside, the ground floor holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area where you can cook properly—there's an electric oven, hob, microwave and air fryer—or simply settle in to watch television. A shower room with heated towel rail completes this level. Upstairs, one double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) has an en suite toilet. The layout creates an easy flow between spaces, and essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

From here, waterfront walks along Marine Walk lead into the town, while Bodlondeb Park offers riverside paths and green space nearby. The marina itself has a pub for meals by the water. Dogs stay free, making this a practical base for exploring the Conwy coast and surrounding countryside.
