Fedwr Gog opens into a living room centred on a woodburner set in a stone fireplace, with a separate dining area in the sun room beyond. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine all there—while upstairs three bedrooms (one double, one double, one with two singles) and a bathroom with bath and shower serve the household. One small or medium dog stays free of charge. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, Wi-Fi and wood for the burner—are all included, along with a cot and highchair if needed.
The property sits on a working farm in open countryside, with walking routes starting from the door. A pub serving food is less than a mile away; a shop about 3 miles. The Conwy area offers everything from Snowdonia's climbing and hiking to the North Wales coast, Betws-y-Coed, Llangollen, and Bala's water sports on the lake. Private parking fits three cars. No smoking inside. Check in is after 4pm, check out before 9.30am.

Located on a lovely animal farm, quiet and peaceful. Stunning views. Ultimately a great holiday spot.

The most wonderful weekend away to escape the drudgery of January. We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the old barn and we didnt want to go home. The barn is so cosy we had a roaring fire going within 10 mins of arriving thanks to Rhian for being the perfect host she rang me both nights and chatted asked if we needed anything and was genuinely lovely . The barn is in the most perfect setting a working farm with sheep and cattle and rabbits and pheasants , owls hooting in the evening and hawks swirling around , the view we woke up to was just perfect and I feel totally replenished from fresh air and plenty of walking with our little dogs who totally lived their little holiday too . Perfect for us and hope to be back very soon .

The accommodation is in a nice location. That's where the positives end. The rooms look bigger in the photos than they actually are. The three beds in the downstairs room were falling apart, and the mattresses were awful. The largest room wasn't too bad. The mattress in it wasn't completely worn out yet. The smaller room above the stairs also had a terrible bed with a worn-out, soft mattress. There was at least six months' worth of dust under the bed. The stairs creak a lot, as do the floors. The boiler under the stairs is also noisy when the heating is on. The bathrooms were fine. The kitchen was adequate. I think a good bed is essential, but here it was better to sleep on the floor.

So lovely and relaxing. Views over meadows with sheep and cows next door. Comfortable rooms, big clean bathroom. Kitchen with everything you could need including cleaning products. Lovely large relaxing lounge with ample seating and a wood burning fire. Would have liked to stay longer. Dog friendly. Bonus.
