What visitors say

Nova Prescott

As motorhome users we were very disappointed that the site is very much more suited to those with vehicles. There are no walks directly from site, and very few walks in the area. The website has links to potential walks (not all links are working - need checking) and they need transport in the first instance. We were the only motorhome. Also, we feel the website is misleading. It shows pictures and mentions other facilities which are at a neighbouring site - not this one. The local pub - "a short walk" is 2 miles away. As avid walkers we were disappointed and will not return. Highlights: The Rhug Estate and family shop etc was our saving grace. Also the highland cattle was a delight. Facilities were clean but outdated.

Julia and Sheila welcomed us like old friends and helped us set up and settle in. It is a lovely site with great facilities. Fully serviced pitches, spotless, plenty of hot water, and a lovely farm setting with the sun rising over the field and young calves feeding. Good walks nearby.

Excellent touring site, spotlessly clean. Great hot, powerful showers with a dedicated space to keep clothes dry. Easy to find. Billy was very welcoming. Definitely a site we will return to.
