Corwen sits in the Berwyn Hills of Gwynedd, surrounded by countryside that draws walkers and cyclists toward Snowdonia National Park. Glampio Trysor Derwen is a ground-floor pod on a working farm, positioned to take in valley views from its decking while a stream runs nearby. The location works as a base for exploring the area's towns—Llangollen, Bala and Betws-y-Coed are all within reach—or simply for a quiet retreat into the Welsh landscape.
Inside, an open-plan living space contains a kitchen with electric hob and combination microwave-oven, a dining area, and a sitting room with smart TV. Bedrooms flank either side: one has a kingsize bed, the other has zip-and-link singles that can be configured as a super-kingsize if needed. The shower room includes a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The pod sleeps 4 across its 2 bedrooms. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. A private hot tub sits on the decking outside, and parking for 2 cars is on site. The pod is non-smoking.
The space suits two couples after a comfortable break, or a family looking for somewhere quieter than a conventional holiday rental. The decking area makes a natural gathering spot at either end of the day, whether you're planning walks or simply unwinding after exploring nearby.

I selfishly almost want to keep this place to myself but I can’t not share how fantastic it is. Stunning pods, so clean and has everything you need. The owners are wonderful, attentive and nothing is too much to ask. I will be getting ahead and booked in for the summer!

Our stay at Glampio Trysor was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. The pod is so cosy and thoughtfully equipped, it truly has everything you could possibly need. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, and the owners struck the perfect balance of being friendly and available while completely respecting our privacy. It felt like a little hidden gem and the perfect escape. We would definitely return and highly recommend it! 😊😊😊

Just come back from a weekend in the Garth pod to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Wow! what a beautiful, secluded, amazing place this is! the pods themselves are amazing, very spacious, and very well thought out, with everything you could need. The views are just out of this world! Especially in the hot tub. Bethan was so lovely and helpful. We will 100% be returning. Thank you for the best weekend!
